Can I cancel my order after making a payment?

Orders can be canceled after payment if the item has not yet been shipped. If your item is out for delivery, kindly request for a return through our portal here.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 20 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

How to return my order?

Returning your item is simple! You can either return fastly through the portal or follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Go to our website and click on the “Profile” icon.
  • Step 2: Log in to your account using your email and your ONE-TIME Password
  • Step 3: Choose your order and click the ‘Return request’ button at the top right.
  • Step 4: Wait for our customer care to assist you.
  • Step 5: Use the return label that we provide to you.
  • Step 6: Pack your items in their original packaging (or a sturdy box if needed), and attach the return label.
  • Step 7: Drop off your return package at the nearest carrier drop-off point, or arrange for a pickup.

What items can I return?

You can return most items purchased from us, as long as they meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must still be attached.
  • Items are not on clearance, sales or gift card.

Is the return free?

Yes, returns come at no cost (with no restocking fee), but you will be responsible for the shipping expenses.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?

We provide exchanges only on special occasions. If you receive the wrong size, you can easily select the correct size after returning your original order. If you prefer a different colour or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order, which is the quicker option. Please feel free to email us with any questions, and we will be happy to assist you.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when purchasing the item.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. You have 7 days from the delivery date to report this.

  • Make sure to send us photos of the damage and keep the packaging for the carrier to inspect.
  • We’ll either refund or replace your item depending on the situation.

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 business days, please reach out to our customer support team. Keep your tracking number for reference, and we’ll assist you.

Can I return my item at a physical store or office?

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns if they are shipped to us via postal services or delivery companies.
