How much does shipping cost in Mauritius?

Standard shipping in Mauritius is free for all orders.

Same-day delivery costs range from RS 200 to RS 500, depending on the location. You can choose free pick-up at the specified location, but you'll need to cover your own shipping costs for this option.

*Please note that same-day delivery and pick-up are only permitted with prior agreement from us.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days after dispatch, primarily due to the high volume of shipments resulting from the free delivery service. If you order before noon, expect to receive your parcel tomorrow.

How will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered directly to the personal address you provided, right to your doorstep, using our dedicated carrier vehicle. A signature will be required upon delivery, and a photo will be taken as proof.

For pick-up, our team will give you the address where you can collect your order. You will need to present a signature, your order number, and an ID card for verification purposes.

What are the latest time of delivery?

Delivery times vary based on your location. Orders can be delivered latest at 9 PM, Monday to Friday. Only pick up and same-day delivery methods can be delivered from Monday to Saturday.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirming the delivery along with updates. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery to accommodate your urgency needs. LP members can select the option to pick up their parcels quickly during checkout.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our carrier will make another try. If it remains undelivered, we will reach out to you to schedule a new attempt.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us at info@lespoirgenes.com as soon as possible to update your address.

Can I use my workplace address?

Yes! You can use your workplace address for delivery. Just ensure that you or someone is available to receive the package during working hours. Please double-check the address details to avoid any delays.

What to do when my order has already been shipped, but I would like to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped but you wish to cancel it, please refuse to accept the package from our carrier by informing them that you have canceled the order. Then, send us a message through our return portal, including your order number. The refund process will begin once we receive your returned order and complete the verification. If you have accepted the order from our carrier and still wish to cancel, please reach out to us via the return portal. Make sure the order remains unopened to ensure it passes our verification process. After our team confirms your request, you can proceed to return the order to us. What if our delivery team arrives but you don't answer?

Due to the volume of orders to be delivered, our delivery personnel will wait for only 10 minutes at your address before departing. To prevent any delays, please ensure you or a trusted individual, such as a family member or neighbor, is available to collect your order with their ID. If no one is able to receive the order within the 10-minute window, our care team will make another delivery attempt once you confirm.
