Return Policy

We offer a 20-day return policy, meaning you have 20 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

To start a return, you can either:

  1. Use your account  – Simply log in into your account using your email address and one-time code and file a return on your account to initiate your return.
  2. Email us at info@lespoirgenes.com – If you need help to request a return, we will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label. Returns must be sent to:

Please note that returns must be requested as soon as possible via the portal or email. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@lespoirgenes.com or via the return portal. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only on special occasions. If you'd like to request an exchange, please email us at info@lespoirgenes.com, explaining your situation. We will provide a solution based on your case. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return was approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
